Dropbox is a software capable to be use in mobile devices as well as the huge heavy computer you use in your office place.

Dropbox can sync each document you put in (by Drag & Drop Concept) the file. Of course, due to the file size and quantity you put in will affect the efficiency of uploading it.

Dropbox will free 2GB space for any user register and use it onward a share will free up to 250mb if not mistaken if the user you share they use it.

It is very convenient and it also having option that user want to download their software to attach in their device or surf on their homepage to log in through there and do the upload and download!

Newbie Little Tips: How to burn a Disc (For Car)

Steps :

Start -> Computer -> *Insert an empty CD* -> *Ignore the new window jump out by Right Click "x"* -> *Right click Twice at* "DVD RW Drive (E:)" -> *A New window jump out* Drag the music you like put in -> =Rename as you like for the disc= -> Select "With a CD/DVD player" -> Right Click "Next" -> Select "Burn to Disc" From window "DVD RW Drive(E:)" -> *A Window pop out* -> Follow steps as diagram....

Determine what disc you want to use for first!

• To listen inside your car?
• What format your car music device support?
• wma / mp3 ?

• Select the song you want to be burn 
• your windows media player would help you convert the format don't worry

Tips : 

- Most of the Car nowadays are inbound with the music device that supporting mp3

- Make sure the Disc you use is fully sufficient for your music file selected and is brand new 

  (depend on you CD is it Re-writable [RW] ) 

Drag all the music file to the CD-R

1. Select burn to disc (located at top left "Burn to Disc")
2. A new window appear (Select burn speed)
3. Name the disc as you like or just let it be by clicking "Next"
4. File type are asked for the burning progress
• Select 1st option if you are only support wma
  (It took much more disc require to burn the file as it leech space compare to mp3, it could burn up to 15 song +/- if a song with average 3-4 mins)
• Select 2nd option which is Mp3 format

Just wait the computer do the job for you!

Double check is the File you wanted functional by re-insert the disc to your computer before testing it in your car.

Suggestion：

The antivirus some are with trial some are not, I personally suggest that it would be better to use the trial first before to totally free for year.

Newbie Little Tips : Clearing Browser History (Google Chrome)

Purpose :

By clearing browser history could reduce the risk of people hacking to you cache / cookies to get your private information such as ( Bank Account No. , Facebook Account including Password )

Steps :

Open your Google Chrome Browser -> Select"Setting Button" ->History -> *A New Tab will appear with title "History"* -> Select "Clear all browsing data..."-> *New interface pop out* -> *Select the history you want to clear* -> Left Click "Clear browsing data"

Results :

It might lag a bit while clearing your browser data, so be patient and wait for awhile since it depend on how many browsing history you have.

Newbie Little Tips : Disk Clean Up

Purpose :

To clear unwanted files that normally you don't see it.

Steps:

Start -> Computer -> *Select any Hard Disk (HD) by Left Click first then Right Click* -> Properties -> *Select "General" Tab* -> Disk Clean Up -> *A new window will appear with scanning for your disk* ->  Select "OK" -> Delete Files -> " A new window will appear with cleaning up your disk"


Alternate:
If you wish to check the files what is it "Select View Files" on window "Disk Cleanup for (C:") according the diagram below

Results :

Beside uninstalling the useless file / software it is another way of clearing space out of your hard disk.

Newbie Little Tips : Hard Disk (HD) Defragment

Purpose :

Defragment Disk for Hard Disk space to rearrange in order to lead the Computer Performance faster.

Steps :

Start -> Computer -> *Select any Hard Disk (HD) by Left Click first then Right Click* -> Properties -> *Select "Tools" Tab* -> Defragment now... -> *A new window will appear* -> Defragment Disk

Results :

Defragment takes time depending on how much file used up on your hard disk as it is to let computer easier and faster to fetch the file.

Generic USB Joystick Check

Steps:

Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printer -> Generic USB Joystick -> *Right Click* -> Game Controller Settings -> Properties -> *Use your Joystick and test on each button*

Results :

The activate button will flash / move according the number, ELSE the button is not working.
